– For Cats wearing straps for the first time, Please let the cat go through adjustment period for 2 weeks before wearing LavvieTAG with the strap.
– Fitting the strap too tightly can cause hair loss around the cat’s neck due to irritation caused by friction.
1. Measure the length of the cat’s neck with a tape measure or a long string.
2. Adjust the strap length of the LavvieTAG according to the measured length.
3. It is an appropriate length when two fingers can fit enough between the cat’s neck and the strap.
4. Please observe the area around the cat’s neck for at least a week after fitting the LavvieTAG and check if your cat feels uncomfortable.
– The device cannot be returned due to damages caused from cat’s biting and scratching.

When you are near/next to your cat
– GPS feature is not included in this device. – For cats wearing straps for the first time, please let the cat go through adjustment period for 2 weeks before wearing LavvieTAG with the strap. – Fitting the strap too tightly can cause hair loss around a cat’s neck due to irritation caused by friction. 1. Measure the length of a cat’s neck with a tape measure or a long string. 2. Choose the strap and adjust it to the length you measured. 3. Make sure there is enough space for two – three fingers between the cat’s neck and the strap. 4. Constantly observe the cat’s neck for at least a week after fitting the LavvieTAG and check if your cat feels uncomfortable wearing it. – The device cannot be returned if is damaged due to cat’s biting and scratching. – Straps and Silicone covers are consumables.
